1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Innsbruck Airport Taxi, based in Innsbruck, and legally represented by Gökhan Aydin.
1.2. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are only recognized if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by Innsbruck Airport Taxi.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The contract between the customer and Innsbruck Airport Taxi is concluded upon acceptance of a booking made by telephone, in writing, electronically, or verbally.
2.2. Innsbruck Airport Taxi reserves the right to refuse bookings without providing reasons.
3. Services
3.1. Innsbruck Airport Taxi undertakes to provide the agreed transport services carefully and reliably.
3.2. Pick-up times and travel routes are determined in consultation with the customer. Delays due to traffic conditions, weather, force majeure, or unforeseen events are possible and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.
3.3. Special requests from the customer (e.g., child seats, specific vehicle types) must be specified at the time of booking.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. Prices are based on the current tariff regulations of the city of Innsbruck or individually agreed tariffs.
4.2. Additional costs such as waiting times, luggage fees, or extra services will be charged according to the current price list.
4.3. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or other accepted payment methods. The fare must be paid immediately after the journey.
4.4. For advance bookings, a deposit may be required.
5. Cancellation and No-Show
5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
5.2. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show by the customer, Innsbruck Airport Taxi may charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure are free of charge; from 24 hours before departure, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged, and for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, the full fare must be paid.
5.3. If the driver is unable to start the journey due to inaccurate or missing customer information (e.g., incorrect address), this will also be considered a no-show.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1. The customer is obliged to follow the driver's instructions during the journey.
6.2. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or their fellow passengers must be fully compensated by the customer.
6.3. The transport of dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items is not permitted.
7. Liability
7.1. Innsbruck Airport Taxi is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been violated.
7.2. Innsbruck Airport Taxi assumes no liability for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7.3. Innsbruck Airport Taxi is not liable for valuables left behind in the vehicle by the customer.
8. Data Protection
8.1. The personal data provided by the customer will be used exclusively for the processing of the agreed services.
8.2. Data will only be passed on to third parties if necessary for contract fulfillment or required by law.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
9.1. Austrian law exclusively applies.
9.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Innsbruck, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
