The protection of your personal data is an important concern for us. Therefore, your data is processed exclusively based on legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact Form
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Booking Data
We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and processing the contract, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within cookies, along with the name, email address, and, if applicable, the credit card number of the buyer.
In addition, for contract processing purposes, we also store the following data: flight details, phone number, pick-up and destination address, number of passengers, and any special requests (e.g., skis, child seats, luggage). The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card details to payment service providers for payment processing, to our staff for carrying out the transfer, and to our accountant for fulfilling our tax obligations.
If the booking process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
Access Data
The website operator or hosting provider collects data about website access and stores it as "server log files." The following data is logged:
• Visited website
• Time of access
• Amount of data sent in bytes
• Source/referrer from which you accessed the page
• Browser used
• Operating system used
• IP address used
The collected data is used solely for statistical analysis and website improvement. However, the website operator reserves the right to review the server log files later if there are specific indications of illegal use.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow them in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web Analytics
This website uses the "Google Analytics" service, provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze website usage. The service uses "cookies"—text files stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymization is applied on this website. The IP addresses of users within EU member states and the European Economic Area are truncated. This truncation removes the personal reference of your IP address. Google processes this data on behalf of the website operator to analyze website activity and provide internet-related services.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings. However, this may mean that you cannot use all functions of the website without restrictions.
Additionally, you can prevent the collection of information (including your IP address) through cookies by Google Inc. by using a browser plugin. You can find the plugin here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
More information on data processing by Google can be found here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection regarding your data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
